Custom Furnace Filters
ACI’s washable, Custom furnace filters have been designed to fit any and all sizes as well as to replace inefficient, throw away filters used in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. When placing your Custom furnace filters in the return air handler position it allows the air to be filtered out before entering the duct work, thereby keeping the ducts and unit cleaner, which allows the system to operate at the highest efficiency. The Custom furnace filters are manufactured with Micro-Ck’r™ antimicrobial protection that is as permanent as the filter itself.
The only true GREEN life time Custom furnace filters on the market. All of the Custom furnace filters are constructed with a heavy-duty aluminum channel frame and true life time media – no polyester or foam. The Custom furnace filters may be placed in the return air handler or the unit itself.
The “ULTRA” has a MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) rating of 7 with a low resistance of .12” wg per ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, & Air Conditioning Engineers) 52.2-99. Easy to clean and maintain, simply spray with a degreaser, rinse and reinstall.
