1" and 2" WASHABLE ELECTROSTATIC AIR FILTERS
Air Cleaner's washable, electrostatic air filters are designed to replace inefficient, throw away filters used in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. The air filter may be placed in the return air handler or the unit itself. Placing the filter in the return air handler allows the air to be filtered before entering the duct work thereby keeping the ducts and unit cleaner allowing them to operate at their highest efficiency.
The only true GREEN life time air filter on the market. The air filter is constructed with a heavy duty aluminum channel frame and true life time media – no polyester or foam. The air filter is manufactured with Micro-Ck’r™ antimicrobial protection that is as permanent as the filter itself.
The "ULTRA" has a MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) rating of 7 with a low resistance of .12” wg per ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, & Air Conditioning Engineers) 52.2-99.
Easy to clean and maintain, simply spray with a degreaser, rinse and replace.
PLEATED AIR FILTERS
Pleated filters are enclosed in a rigid, heavy-duty, high wet-strength beverage board, with diagonal support members bonded to each side of pleat for stability. The inside of the enclosed frame is bonded to the filter pack, thus eliminating the possibility of air bypass.
The media support is a galvanized, expanded metal grid with an open area of 96%. The expanded metal is bonded to the back of the media. This eliminates the possibility of oscillation and holds the pleat rigid.

CHARCOAL AIR FILTERS
The same high quality as our washable, electrostatic air filters with an added plus.
The activated charcoal pad acts as a molecular magnet attracting and holding odors and some chemical contaminates. Activated carbon is recognized to adsorb odors and gases which attach to the outside surface of the granules of carbon. The carbon pad will become completely adsorbed by the odors. The carbon pad should be replaced every 6 to 9 months depending on the concentration of odors. The design of ACI's charcoal air filters differ from our regular 1" and 2" washable filters. If the customer adds the charcoal pad to a regular 1" or 2" filter, it would be too restrictive and could be damaging to the heat & air conditioning system.
Each filter comes with two extra carbon pads; a 1 year supply. Charcoal pads are not washable, follow the manufacturer’s instructions for removal, cleaning and replacing the charcoal pad.

METAL MESH AIR FILTERS
Typically referred to as “grease filters” they are anything but. These types of filters are installed in electrical/communication cabinetry, ventilation inlets, construction equipment vehicles, pre-filtering and screening consoles, and of course exhaust ventilation outlets as found in kitchen ventilation.
Doubles as an EMI/RFI (electromagnetic/radio frequency interference) attenuator.
Our metal mesh air filters are manufactured from bonded aluminum material that consists of several layers of tiny baffles all bonded together making up a solid media. This air/grease filters’ frame is made of .025 thick aluminum. The filter element can retain 204 grams of dust per 2.25 sq. ft. in a 20x20 with average arrestance of 71.5%. The filters resistance when clean is 0.4 w.g. (water gauge) at 350 FPM (Feet Per Minute).
Choice of aluminum channel thickness 7/16" or 3/8".
FLEXIBLE/SEWN FILTERS

ACI’s sewn air filters are flexible with the same benefits as our 1” electrostatic air filter, but without the frame and wire cloth. Sewn edges allow for flexibility for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems designed for use in wrap around or basket frames. Excellent replacement for window units, motor homes and travel trailers. 1/4" Thickness

ACI’s washable, air filter has an antimicrobial protection that will not allow bacteria, fungi or mold to grow on the filter surface.
The antimicrobial protection is not a coating and is not sprayed on. It is a safe and effective antimicrobial agent processed directly into the electrostatic fiber media, rendering it as permanent as the filter itself. The University of Tennessee simulated a 500 consecutive washing test. The results indicated the antimicrobial properties to be as effective on the last wash as it was with the first washing. The additive acts to help control the growth of a number of undesirable organisms on the filter surface.
